We are excited to introduce our newest team member, Kevin Kidder! With 20 years of dedicated service in the Army, including six deployments to places like Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan, Kevin brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our team. After his military career, he transitioned to the role of Operations Analyst for the Michigan Senate, followed by a successful tenure coaching baseball at both the high school and college levels. His passion for teaching and helping others shines through in everything he does.

Kevin is also a firm believer in the importance of education. He holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University. During his Professional Military Education in the Army, Kevin made the Commandant’s List (military equivalent of Dean’s List) and was selected by his peers as the Leadership Awardee at the both Advanced and Senior Leadership Courses. Kevin is in the process of earning his SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, and once complete, will pursue his CFP certification. 

Kevin and his wife Caitlyn are the proud parents of Ty (17) and Juliana (15). Ty is a senior in high school, works in the food service industry, and loves all things automotive (especially the 2007 Mustang his grandfather left him). Juliana is a freshman in high school, a social butterfly who loves to bake and host parties with her friends, and is on the varsity cheer team. Kevin and Caitlyn welcomed a new addition this summer, Zoe, a rescue dog who has brought so much joy and laughter to the house. Kevin is a lifetime member of the VFW and American Baseball Coaches Association. When not avidly watching baseball or rooting for the Detroit lions, he spends his time BBQing, looking for any excuse to be on or near water, and loves to read or listen to podcasts on personal development and leadership.
